Loader for VP200 (DOM) V0.21 Release Note

1. This loader can be used with firmwares which support DOM such as
   gwmain.bin.214d.

2. The DOM must be a master device on the IDE channel, otherwise the 
   loader runs slowly.

3. When you use WCOMW to connect VPON, you have to press ESC in two 
   seconds after "Starting Loader..." is shown on the window.
